How do I get my username and password?
If you received a letter in the mail with your username and password on it, please use these. If you did not you will need to visit the Euless Family Life Center the first time and establish residence. Unfortunately we will not be able to send this via email or over the phone for your security of your account.
How do I know my registration is successful?
Your registration is successful if you get to the page where you print a receipt. If you do not get to this step your registration was not processed. Always print a copy of the receipt to give you the class information.
What if I forget my User ID or Password?
You may email us through the contact info or you may call the Euless Family Life Center at 817-685-1666 during normal hours. Have your security question answers ready to verify your account.
Can I change my household information on-line?
No. You can change your information in person on your next visit to the Recreation Center. This may not be done over the phone. Proof of residency will be required to obtain residency status on you account. (Driver's License, water or utility bill, lease). However; you may change your username, password, and security question answers on-line under "My Account."
Do I need an account to browse class information?
No. You may enter using the guest option. You will not be allowed to register for classes, facility rentals, Arbor Daze booth, or memberships under the guest.
Can I pay outstanding balances or use my household credit when I register on-line?
Yes. You are able to view your household history, including outstanding balances and credits.
